AMCHAM internship program organized by Partners for the Future Foundation
provides practical work experience to university students to prepare them for finding a job.

Internship of the foundation team gave me directions in life. Since I was unaware of what to do, and how the company did business, everything was unfamiliar and difficult. However, with the help of other interns and the team, I had an enjoyable time. Even as an intern, I was able to manage the core tasks of the foundation and have influence on the outcome, which was the reason I dealt with every moment with responsibility. I sincerely appreciate the foundation for giving me the directions and vision in life.
It was an unique opportunity to get special experiences such as charity event and press conference, not to speak of mastering the basic work skills. Especially, I was happy to work with the staffs who tried to give me warm and practical advices as a senior in life. I also had myself exposed to the business culture in America both directly and indirectly as well as learning how to construct partnerships with professional corporates in different field. The internship at Partners for the Future Foundation provided me an opportunity to boost my inner growth and career.
Working at the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea as an intern has provided me with the professional and administrative skills that will serve me in the long term in the professional sector. I was able to gain insight into the businesses processes of AMCHAM Korea through constantly being exposed to meetings and events. This exposure gave me a sense of responsibility and belonging that allowed me to dive deeply into the tasks that were given. As an Intern, I worked closely with other interns to plan events that also allowed me to learn how to work as a team. Overall, working at AMCHAM Korea as an intern is a valuable experience for anyone who is eager to learn and curious.
